RSVP on the Web

On some events members (and guests) are allowed to pay when they arrive. However, we ask everyone to RSVP so that we have a rough idea of how many plan to attend. This helps us ensure that we have enough food and drink for everyone and at the same time controls waste so we are able to keep the price of events as low as possible. On some events we provide the main course and drinks but we ask members (and guests) to bring a side dish (appetizer, side dish or dessert). If you see a Side Dish column in the list this means that we are asking you to list the side dish you plan to bring so that we don't end up with everyone bringing "chips".

Begin by selecting the event you plan to attend in the drop down list below. Then enter your name, the number of people you will be bringing to the event and on events that ask for a side dish please list the side dish you plan to bring and then click the Add button. Summer Members Party
