Will the TV in my Popup Trailer become a Paperweight?

On Febr 18 (less than 11 months from now) all the TV channels you know and love will be showing nothing but snow. That's the day broadcast TV goes all digital. The cable company is going to continue to send the regular TV channels but that doesn't help the TV that many of you keep in your campers to catch the late show before going to bed. You have two options: either buy a new TV (all new TVs now come with ATSC digital tuners) or you'll need to buy a converter box (the converter box will translate the digital TV channels to a signal your old TV can use). Getting a new TV (or converter box) would be a good use for your economic stimulus check and you could start watching those perfect digital pictures right now! Another way the government is helping to cover the cost of the switchover is by providing each household with two $40 coupons that can be used towards the purchase of converter boxes. You can request your coupons at the digital TV web site.
